Yes. We treat all client designs, specifications, and communications as strictly confidential. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before any materials are shared. Your IP protection is non-negotiable for us.
Approximately 5 months after spec and BOM are locked. This varies depending on materials sourcing, factory capacity, and order complexity. We provide a detailed timeline breakdown during the planning phase so there are no surprises.
Our standard MOQ is 300 units per style. This threshold allows us to negotiate competitive factory pricing and ensures production viability. If you’re below 300, we can still start with Spec Starter or Sampling Pro to get you production-ready for when volumes make sense.
Down jackets, padded outerwear, trench coats, and fashion outerwear. We’re strong in anything with insulation or structured construction. Technical hard-shell jackets requiring specialized performance fabric testing are not in our current scope, but we can advise on sourcing.
